BAGA Manila Goes to Taguig!

Last April 25, 2017, in celebration of our Taguig City's 430th Founding Anniversary, the Barbecuers and Grillers Assocication (BAGA) Manila participated in the city's food trade fair held in Taguig Lakeshore Hall which is located in Barangay Old Lower Bicutan, Taguig.

Although the information from I Love Taguig Facebook's page says that the food trade fair will only last until last April 30, 2017, the fair was still in operation when we went there last May 1, 2017. Lucky for us as I initially didn't know about the schedule. :) I just don't know if they are still in operation as of this writing. :)

The venue was not yet that crowded when we arrived at the fair at around 5:00 o'clock in the afternoon so we still got a chance to really roam around and check what all the food stalls are offering.

After checking all the food stalls, hubby finally decided to try Shawarma Fusion's Beef Shawarma!

The barbecues taste really good, although I really find a hard time dipping them in the vinegar as the container is somehow small.

The pastas are okay too. The serving is nice too, it can serve up to two persons, although my panganay was able to consume all the baked macaroni on her own. I guess, mas madami lang talaga ang serving ng fettuccine! :)

For our drinks, we have tried My Juice's Dalandan and Iced Tea. Medium size of the drinks cost P30.00 while the larger cup costs P50.00. They all have bottled mineral water for P30.00. A little expensive, don't you think? So, our suggestion, the next time that you visit a food trade fair, bring your drinks and you can really save much! :)

We have also tried Bea's Gulaman, and the taste is okay too. Each cup costs P30.00. :) So you see, most of our expenses really went to drinks, so you really want to bring a lot of drinks when you visit food fairs! :)

As the night comes, more and more people are coming to the fair. And with the lights and music on, the venue became more attractive and alive!

Aside from food, there are also other merchandise being offered at the fair. There are fashionable clothes and accesories both for adults and kids!

And parking is not a problem in the area as there are ample parking spaces, with no charge at all!

Overall, our BAGA Manila experience at Taguig Lakeshore Hall turned out to be good. I really hope that they get to stay much longer in the area. And with a little more improvement, I know that more and more Taguigenos will patronize this food fair!
