Pro Earth Run 2015 at SM Mall of Asia

I do believe that it is the responsibility of each and everyone of us to help care and protect the mother Earth, our Mother Earth. That is why when I was invited to attend the media briefing for Pro Earth Run 2015, I immediately said YES!

Held at the Merrell Concept Store at Market! Market! last April 25, 2015, it was attended by bloggers and other media personnel who share the same beliefs and mission in protecting the environment. The event was likewise graced by Dr. Metodio Palaypay, Earth Day Network Philippines Chairman and Director Jesus Enrico Moises Salazar, DENR Director for Strategic Communication and Initiatives Service who both had shared their takes in this cause.

Earth Day is celebrated worldwide every 22nd day of April. And as part of the celebration, Earth Day Network Philippines, Incorporated, the local counterpart of the global Earth Day Network International, in cooperation with the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), United Parcel Services (UPS), and SM Cares, will once again be staging Pro Earth Run 2015 to encourage people to take active lead in protecting, respecting, and overseeing Earth care by running the race for Mother Earth.

The advocacy run will take place on April 25, 2015, Saturday, at 4:30 A.M. at the Mall of Asia grounds in  Pasay City. Proceeds of the event will fund the continuing projects and programs of Earth Day Network Philippines.

Pro Earth Run 2015 tickets are available at SM Ticket counters nationwide until April 19 and at Merrell Concept Stores in SM North Edsa Annex, Trinoma, Festival Mall, and Market! Market!. Registration is until April 20 via www.earthdayphilippines.org.  So, what are you waiting for?! Register now!
